We accept returns within 7 business days of receipt on all featured (as-is) items except for rings and custom order pieces. That is because rings are in a size that is personal to the customer and custom orders are modified to a customers special preference.  

Contact us to arrange a return. Returns without our knowledge which are then lost/stolen in transit, are the sender's responsibility. Customer responsible for returns and insurance and must be in same new condition as bought. 

All sales are final on custom order pieces.

Standard for any type of fine jewelry is use a special jewelry cleaning solution you'd buy at a fine jewelry store or at home, use mild dish soap, warm water, and soft cloth to clean your ring or jewelry piece. Reach out to us for any maintenance needs or for structural assessment.
